Employment Law Advocates specialises in the provision of expert advice and advocacy services in Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal, representing both employers and employees.

We offer advice on all aspects of employment and industrial relations law. We have extensive experience representing parties in all types of unfair dismissal, including constructive dismissal and redundancy, sex, race, disability, sexual orientation and age discrimination claims, breach of contract, wages, holiday pay, maternity and paternity rights, part time and flexible working, and employee benefits. We also have Advocates who specialise in complex TUPE claims.

Our Advocates, all specialist employment practitioners, boast an extensive knowledge of employment law and have vast experience representing employers and employees in multi-day hearings in the Employment and Appeal Tribunals. They provide professional and down to earth advice, with expertise in their field unrivalled by many legal practitioners.

We offer services to both employers and employees and are regularly instructed by solicitors and legal consultancies to advise on contentious and non-contentious issues and conduct litigation .

Our offices are based in Hamilton House, an eighteenth century listed building in Temple, overlooking the Thames and situated next to the Employment Appeal Tribunal. We have four conference rooms available, and all facilities have disabled access.
