About Us

Employment Law Advocates was founded in July 2007 to provide a specialist advocacy service in employment tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal, representing both employers and employees.

We advise on all aspects of employment and industrial relations law and can represent in all types of unfair dismissal, including constructive dismissal and redundancy. We also have extensive experience in representing parties in sex, race, disability and age discrimination, breach of contract, wages, holiday pay, maternity and paternity rights, part time and flexible working, and employee benefits. We have experience in representing litigants in long multi-day hearings, and have advocates who specialise in TUPE and disability discrimination.

Our offices are based in Hamilton House, an eighteenth century listed building in Temple, overlooking the Thames and situated next to the Employment Appeal Tribunal. We have four conference rooms available, and all facilities have disabled access.
