Antonio graduated from the University of Birmingham with Upper Second Class Honours in Geography. He then studied at BPP Law School, London, where he completed the Graduate Diploma in Law with Commendation and the Legal Practice Course with Distinction.

Having studied Employment Law he regularly represents employers in the Employment Tribunals at all hearings for a variety of claims including unfair dismissals, redundancies, wages and breach of contract claims, and TUPE claims, and he has assisted with cases in other fields including discrimination.

Antonio also has experience of employee claims, and has acted pro-bono for the Free Representation Unit and the BPP Employment Law Advice Service.
