As a niche company practising only employment law, we offer a competitive service comparable in quality and employment experience to practitioners at specialist chambers and employment law firms.

Comprised of a small team of Advocates, all specialist employment law practitioners, we boast an extensive knowledge of employment law and have vast experience representing employers and employees in the Employment and Appeal Tribunals. Our clients include three of the UK’s leading human resources and employment law consultancies, the UK’s largest specialist demolition and civil engineering contractor, a chain of bars and restaurants, and a hotel group.

Services for Employees

We offer employees advice on all aspects of employment law, negotiation of settlements, drafting Employment Tribunal claim forms and witness statements, and representation in tribunal. These services are available as a complete package or on an ad hoc basis.

Services for Employers

We have experience in drafting contracts and handbooks, negotiating settlements with employees, preparation of Employment Tribunal response forms and witness statements, and representation in the Employment and Employment Appeals Tribunal. We also offer an advice line service for retained clients where one of our Advocates can provide immediate advice on any issues as they arise, and can provide in-house training to managers and employees on all areas of employment law.

Solicitors and Legal Consultancies

We offer, at competitive rates, a service comparable in quality and employment experience to barristers at specialist chambers. Whilst our Advocates are not barristers, our experience in employment tribunal representation makes us an attractive alternative to members of the common law bar.
