Solicitors and Legal Consultancies

Although our advocates are happy to advise on general employment matters and conduct cases from start to finish; it is, as our name suggests, advocacy that is their preference and specialty. We are familiar with solicitors instructing us in preference to counsel and our advocates are always hungry for expertly prepared cases to take into tribunal.

What we aim to provide for solicitors and legal consultancies is the same that we provide for all of our client; professional, specialist advice and representation. Our only practice area is employment law and this gives us the edge over much of our competition, who may have employment law as one of three, five or even more areas that they practise in.

Our Expertise

Our Advocates have considerable experience of multi-day hearings and multi-party “class action” litigation covering all aspects of employment law. We also have Advocates who specialise in the more complex aspects of employment law, including TUPE and Disability Discrimination.

We have experience in representing both Claimants and Respondents and are able to use this knowledge to offer the best tactical approach to each individual case.

Our Fees

We typically provide our services on a fixed fee basis for each case and we are happy to negotiate this for each piece of work that we perform. We believe that our charges offer extremely competitive value when compared with our less employment specialised competitors.
