Richard is an experienced Advocate, whose practice and experience spans all areas of Employment Law. Unfair Dismissal, Race/Sex/Age/Disability Discrimination & Harassment, TUPE, Redundancy, Working Time & Wages, are but a few examples of the many cases in which Richard has acted for both claimants and respondents, in the Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. Although he has had significant experience of Claimant cases and has volunteered with the Free Representation Unit for over two years, Richard has focused his professional practice on the representation of the Respondent.
