Experience
Liam joined Employment Law Advocates having gained experience in all aspects of employment law as a representative at the Free Representation Unit – a charity providing pro bono representation in Employment Tribunals.
Liam appears regularly in Employment Tribunals across southern England, successfully representing both claimants and employers in a variety of cases ranging from unfair dismissals to sex, race, and disability discrimination.
Liam has also appeared in the Employment Appeal Tribunal.
