Experience
Lisa has considerable experience as an employment law practitioner. She has a background in Industrial Relations and Policy/Planning within the Higher Education sector, including ten years as a trade union workplace officer (Unison), and 3 years as a volunteer advocate at the Free Representation Unit.
Lisa now specialises in the area of discrimination law, but has represented Respondents in a wide range of employment law issues, including unfair/constructive dismissals, TUPE transfers, contractual disputes and working time regulations.
